Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Rivai Digital builds custom static websites for small businesses. We create a working mockup of your site before any payment is required. If you approve the design, you pay a one-time flat fee of €500. If you decline, you owe nothing.

2. Mockup Process

After you submit your business details via our contact form, we research your industry and build a live, working mockup. This typically takes 3–5 business days. The mockup is hosted on a temporary URL for your review.

3. Revisions

Our €500 flat fee includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds may be subject to extra charges, which will be quoted in advance.

4. Payment

Payment is due only after you approve the mockup. We accept bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, we transfer the site to your domain or provide the static files for self-hosting.

5. Hosting

We include one year of free static hosting for all projects. After the first year, you may renew hosting with us or migrate to your own provider at no extra cost. We provide the complete source code for easy migration.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and code. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.

7. Limitations

Our service covers static website design only. We do not provide ongoing content updates, e-commerce functionality, or custom backend development unless explicitly agreed in writing.
